Randstad is urgently hiring for a tenured Accounts Payable Accountant based in Southern Jersey. This is a contract role which will start immediately, offers full time hours and pays $24 - $28 an hour. Top candidate must have a minimum of five years in a high-volume, full-cycle AP processing role within an ERP environment, as well as proficiency with accruals, journal entries, general ledger management and month end. Responsibilities

• Process, code and enter accounts payable invoices into ERP

• Review vendor statements, identify and resolve discrepancies

• Run payable reports to determine payouts

• Prepare and enter month end accruals

Skills

• Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)

• Journal Entries (3 years of experience is required)

• Month-End Close (1 year of experience is required)

• General Ledger (3 years of experience is required)

• Accruals (3 years of experience is required)

• SAP (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Concur (1 year of experience is preferred)
