Actalent Electronics Technician in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electonics Technician looking to advance their career with a fast-growing company in the electronics industry. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for working on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) down to a component level, facilitating testing and troubleshooting alongside the Assembly and Testing teams.

Work Environment:

Clean, organized workspace, mid-sized team that works cross functionally with engineering and assembly teams. Experienced individuals with decades of experience working on high level PCB components, builds and project development. There is a strong opportunity to advance your technical skills and understanding of PCB layouts in an environment that fosters growth and learning.

Skills & Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Electronics or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years working with PCB's at a component level

  • Soldering, testing and troubleshooting

  • Experience with surface mount parts, thru hole parts or fine pitch ball grid arrays

  • Experience using oscilloscopes, digital volt meters, or power supplies

  • Proficient with overserving PCB layouts and repairing/making adjustments as necessary

  • IPC-7711C/7721C preferred but not required
