Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Analyst to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, managing projects, and leveraging data to enhance our human resource practices. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, Workplace Practices and Disability Management, this versatile HR Business Analyst will work in a dynamic environment, analyzing and identifying opportunities for process optimization, contributing to HR dashboards and scorecards, and conducting data analysis to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will be familiar with project management methodologies and change management principles. We require a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a changing and exciting environment to support Bell’s current and future success.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient solutions
Develop and maintain well-structured documentation for processes, procedures, and metrics
Contribute to the design and implementation of HR dashboards and scorecards
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Lead and coordinate HR-related projects, managing timelines, and proactively identifying potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes
Actively participate in the project execution and delivery
Provide expert support to HR on process-related matters and facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives
Facilitate change management by effectively communicating with stakeholders and addressing their concerns
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in HR processes, workflows, and analytics to drive continuous improvement
Critical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant experience, as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with a proven track record of successful process improvements and project management
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from HR data
Ability to compile multiple sources of information and present in an easy-to-understand format
Familiarity with process mapping and documentation techniques
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach
Sense of urgency and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Adaptable and open to change and ambiguity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with expertise in data analysis and visualization
In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in HR, business analysis, project management, or related fields
