We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the Engineering industry located in the Muskegon area. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and designing business systems within the organization, using a variety of technical skills and software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed business systems to identify potential modifications and improvements

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Oracle EBS, and other software platforms to manage and track project progress

• Design and implement database systems for improved business operations

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize business systems and processes

• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects and enhance team performance

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents to capture business system requirements

• Utilize Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle EBS Modules for financial management and business operations

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements

• Monitor and resolve EO/IR system issues to ensure smooth business operations

• Create and maintain diagrams to represent business processes and system designs.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Comprehensive understanding of business systems

• Experience in working with databases

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proven ability to conduct AB Testing

• Agile Scrum methodology expertise

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Strong design skills

• Ability to create and interpret diagrams

• Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle EBS Financials, and Oracle EBS Modules

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
