Amazon Adobe Analytics Architect, Workforce Staffing in Nashville, Tennessee

Description

Be part of a team that is transforming how hourly hiring happens at Amazon. We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics architect to lead the definition and optimization of our web analytics tracking across our suite of global hiring websites.

The ideal candidate will lead data design discussions and implement solutions cross-functionally with our engineering department with the shared goal of providing the best experience for our analytics customers. This person will identify critical business questions and translate these into technical requirements in order to transform the collected data into analyses and presentable insights.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify gaps throughout the candidate experience and recommend technical solutions

  • Experience as an architect/technical lead in the implementation of Adobe Analytics

  • Excellent knowledge of automating the deployment and management of Adobe Launch tracking code

  • Identify, manage, maintain, troubleshoot tracking and conversion defects

  • Develop data layer recommendations and enhancements

  • Ensure accuracy of marketing channel attribution and campaign tracking parameters

  • Knowledge in translating requirements and measurement plans into Adobe Analytics traffic and conversion variables and events

  • Disseminate Adobe Analytics knowledge throughout the marketing organization through documentation and trainings

In your day to day work you will be challenged with balancing out short term requests vs. long term priorities. You will be part of a global team that provides answers to a wide range of data and analytics questions. You will be expected to lead our data strategy when it comes to Adobe Analytics. You will need to develop relationships and build trust in order to deliver results.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional or military experience

  • 5+ years delivering clickstream analytics implementations using Adobe Analytics

  • 5+ years building dashboards in Adobe Analysis Workspace

  • Knowledge and understanding of Adobe Launch tag creation and deployment

  • Experience developing reporting data layers and using context data variables in Web-based JavaScript implementations

  • Experience testing web analytics implementations using dubbing and browser developer tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation

  • Knowledge of HTML at the intermediate level

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $202,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
