Honeywell Sr Product Manager in New Jersey
Sr Offering Manager – New Markets As a Sr Offering Manager – New Markets, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic transformation of Honeywell Separations and Purification (HSP) as we diversify into new markets aligned to megatrends including clean air, clean water, and clean health. We are leveraging amazing Honeywell technologies to solve the world’s most impactful separation challenges including cleaning up contaminants of concern, removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere to reverse global warming, and much more.
You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in these new markets. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business. Given that we will be exploring new markets, a crucial part of this role will require business development expertise.
You will report directly to our Senior Business Leader and you will work out of our Des Plaines, IL or other Honeywell location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, revenue growth, product innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall success. Your role is instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead development and execution of offering portfolio strategy
Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs in new markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
Partner with sales and project development to conduct Voice of Customer
Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8 years of offering management experience in chemical, material or industrial equipment markets
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
Strong cross-functional leadership skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
