Google Software Engineer, Camera System Health, Pixel in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of relevant work experience including software development.

  • Experience coding in C/C++.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical related field.

  • Experience with Camera Sensors, ARM or other low-power SoC architectures.

  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments and the development of Linux device drivers.

  • Experience with embedded development.

  • Familiar with Linux kernel and CPU profiling.

  • Develop and debug Pixel camera system software.

  • Optimize Pixel camera system software performance, power, and memory.

  • Develop an automatic process to collect and analyze performance, memory, and power data.
