Job Description

You will be responsible for client and audio channel thought leadership while assisting supervisor and associate level team members with daily operations and execution of our clients’ national audio investments (this includes terrestrial radio, streaming radio, podcasting, and satellite radio). You will work with team leadership to cover client upfront and scatter needs: negotiations, IO stewardship, optimization, billing, and analyzing post-campaign delivery reports.

Our ideal candidate will oversee current campaigns and be a part of new campaign planning. This includes communicating directly with clients throughout the campaign(s) to understand any requests.

You will report to the Director, National Audio.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and assist Supervisors and Sr. Associate team members on daily workload and client deliverables on different client businesses

  • Support buy recommendations and negotiations across terrestrial, streaming, and podcast

  • Manage vendor relationships and bring innovative opportunities and POVs to clients

  • Lead holistic buying implementation, targeting, measurement. Across all audio types, bringing innovation and thought leadership.

  • Support and Lead in client facing presentations including audio landscape/innovation.

  • Oversight of reporting, actualization/invoice clearance, and client billing

  • Negotiate and manage sponsorships, JBPs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in media buying & team management

  • Experience with negotiations and client leadership

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the current national audio landscape

  • Ability to work with teams

  • Experience with buying/research programs Act1, Spectra OX, and Prisma

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $144,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
