POSITION SUMMARY:

Support Director, Integrated Production on planning and execution of all advertising campaign productions for Licensed businesses (Fragrances, Watches & Jewelry, etc.) and seasonal CKI campaigns (as needed). Assist in all phases of production including pre-production; on-set production for photo and video shoots; and post-production management for retouching and video. Financial responsibilities include generating and submitting estimates and purchase orders, managing budgets, and actualizing jobs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Involved in all phases of campaign production from pre-production and shoot production through post-production:

  • Pre-Production: Digest creative brief in order to flag any potential budget and/or scheduling realities; Liaise with Photographers/Directors’ agents/producers to brief in creative partners, bid and award job, and kick-off production; Partner closely with network of internal departments (i.e., Fashion Office, Creative, Talent, Marketing, Project Management) to secure shoot and style-out/prep dates, photographer/director, talent, preferred styling and glam team, crew, locations, product; Organize all aspects of a shoot within approved budget developed by and with Director.

  • Shoot Production: General on-set production support; Supervise shot list plus stills and motion captures throughout the shoot day to ensure deliverables are being captured; Creation and distribution of call sheets; Manage handover of shoot capture drive to Creative and post-production vendors.

  • Post Production: Work with Project Management to establish schedules and track progress of post-production; Traffic stills and video assets through internal (Creative, Marketing, Fashion Office, etc.) and external (creative agencies, if applicable) parties for timely review, feedback and approval (scheduling group reviews as necessary).

  • Admin: Schedule meetings in relation to pre-production, shoot production, and post production; Manage and organize information and documents relating to all productions; Maintain and update job folders for all shoots/projects.

  • Budget and Finance: Assist with management and processing of financial data and records in the production department, including estimates, invoices, purchase orders, etc.; Maintain close communication with Finance team on budget forecasting, reporting, and monthly close; Vendor follow-up for all deal memos/contracts, invoices and/or production related paperwork needed to wrap projects.

  • Other: Develop and manage relationships with artists’ agents/reps; Stay abrest of new and up and coming talent for current and upcoming projects.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

  • Internal: Marketing, Creative, Integrated Production, Fashion Office, Project Management, PR, VM, Finance, Legal.

  • External: Creative agencies, Production Companies, Agents/Reps (for Directors, Photographers, Wardrobe Stylists, Glam, Prop Stylists, etc.) Studios, Caterers, and Post Production Vendors.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing production budgets, from pre-production through final delivery under Director’s supervision. Budgets can range anywhere from $5K-$2.5M.

DECISION MAKING : Diagnose potential challenges and production concerns early on in order to make quick, efficient and solution-oriented decisions to ensure productions are executed on schedule with budget adherence.

RESOURCEFULNESS : Possess ability to quickly adapt to changes, and juggle multiple tasks/projects in a fast paced and time-sensitive environment with a positive attitude, all while maintaining a calm and professional composure. Attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing high-level work with integrity is a must.

ENVIRONMENT: Open team environment. Ability to work offsite, travel, long hours and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in shoot and post production. Agency experience a plus.

  • Education: College degree in photography, film, or creative field preferred.

  • Skills: Mastery of Microsoft and/or Apple iWork Office Suite (Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers, PowerPoint/Keynote) skills with and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom).

Pay Range:$65,400 - $80,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
