Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks Sr Research Engineer - (AGGUAJ) in New York, NY.Job Duties: Work with large-scale datasets and solve complex business and technical problems through analysis, modeling, and platform solutions; Conduct applied research and develop methodology in online experimentation, Multi-arm bandit testing, causal inference, statistical models and machine learning to solve business problems; Partner with engineering teams to build and improve internal experimentation platform to support product development; Execute end-to-end experimentation and data analysis projects in close collaborations with business teams; Develop both heuristic and machine learning algorithms and work with engineers to implement them; Define and document new metrics, methods, and techniques; Stay current on state-of-the-art technologies and publish research work; and Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Data Analyst, or in a related/similar position.
