Grow your career as a Transaction Manager with an innovative global bank. Contract role with strong possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2 to 5 years of experience (e.g., operations, transaction management, product management).

• Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with clients.

• Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with the Amendment process for Columbia Trust mandates.

• Assist with SNC tracking and reporting.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Special Agency (Escrow, PF, Insurance, Loans).

• Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions.

• Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant notices.

• Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to the company.

• Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions.

• Adhere to company Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing and deal maintenance.

• Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting.

• Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients.
