What you will do We are actively pursuing a qualified Director, Trading Systems Technology Lead to support our growing Separately Managed Account (SMA) and other trading business groups in the utilization of technology and data solutions to drive business and revenue growth, ensure trading regulatory compliance and implement efficiencies. Extensive contact with all management levels and all other internal customers is required to identify research, analyze, prioritize and resolve complex information technology issues within the trade life cycle of various security products. This specific position requires strong technical skills, business trading acumen and understanding of order generation/order management techniques, trading execution flows, trading venues, security product characteristics, trade lifecycle, and has the ability to understand advisor/institutional trading needs. The position requires the capability to perform high level analysis, prioritization and technical documentation of requirements of trading needs. This individual will construct technical roadmaps, oversee development, build consensus, document and help drive new trading technical processes. What you can expect: Developing relationships with Financial Professionals through outbound calls Communicating with Financial Professionals through letters and email Handling special projects as assigned within Desk Attending various sales meetings and training sessions Maintenance of PC based contact management system Responding to inbound Product and Sales calls What you will bring FINRA series 7 license is required for this position. Salary Range Disclosure The salary range for this role is from $60,000 to $80,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement. Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
