Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Credit Clerk to join our team in Oakdale, Minnesota. In this role, you will be integral to our billing operations in the healthcare industry, focusing on the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and managing customer credit inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, ensuring that all relevant details are captured and recorded.

• Maintenance of customer credit records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Resolution of customer credit inquiries, providing clear, concise, and helpful responses to any queries.

• Monitoring of customer credit accounts, identifying any overdue payments and taking appropriate action to recover these funds.

• Handling Medicaid/Medicare bills in compliance with payer requirements.

• Processing of invoices and resolution of any discrepancies that may arise.

• Management of patient claims and accounts receivable reports.

• Utilization of MS Excel to manage and analyze data related to credit and billing.

• Adherence to all healthcare billing standards and regulations.

• Performing other duties as assigned, supporting the overall function of the billing department. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Billing Clerk

• Proficiency in Medical Billing, Medicare Billing, and Medicaid Billing

• Strong ability to work with MS Excel

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Understanding of Payer Requirements

• Familiarity with HealthCare Billing

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level

• Familiarity with billing software and other related IT systems

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
