Aerotek Aircraft Mechanic in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Title: Avionics Technician

Pay Rate / Location: Up to $40/hour / Pheonix, AZ

Job Overview:

· Aerotek Aviation is seeking a qualified Avionics Techncian to join one of the largest corporate aircraft companies in Phoenix, AZ! We offer our clients competitive compensation, flexible shifts, and full benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work for a company that has feilded more 6,500 weapons systems in more than 35+ countries.

· Since the M134D and M134D-H became the standard model in US and allied services in 1989, the company has relentlessly strived

to improve all aspects of every system and installation.

· Perform efficient troubleshooting, avionics maintenance, and repair in accordance with applicable regulations, manufacturer's instructions, and company policies.

· Strong aviation experience with systems like Honeywell and Garmin.

· Strong install experience.

· Perform efficient troubleshooting, avionics maintenance, and repair in accordance with applicable regulations, manufacturer's instructions, and company policies.

· Airframes: Bell Helicopter, Blackhawks, Fixed Wing - 60% helicopter work and 40% fixed wing.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience (military included).

· Install and troubleshooting experience.

· Knowledge transitioning from helo to fixed wing.

· Team player.

· A&P preferred.

Work Environment / Shift:

· Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
