Job Description

A local municipality is in the process of implementing a citywide construction project management software called, Unifier. The implementation covers more than 10 operating departments and 500 users. Due to the volume of projects, user accounts, and training necessary to implement the software, the City is looking for staff augmentation to assist with creating workflows, training new users, inputting project data, creating user accounts, and assigning rights to begin using the system.

Skills and Requirements

* Unifier Project Management Software knowledge and experience or

 Project management software (Procure, MS project, or other Oracle Products) knowledge and experience

* Project Management System (in cloud) implementation experience

* Software implementation experience - ideal

* Database administrator experience (managing user accounts)

* Experience work for a large Municipality, Utility, or Company (i.e 8,000+ employees)

* Understands concepts of construction project management

* Understands software and can navigate intuitively

* Experience in providing user training

* Enjoys working with the end users

* Experience in MS Suite of products including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (advance level)

* Familiar with presentation and video software i.e Snagit and Camtasia null
