Job Summary


Responsible for leading our deployment support team in ensuring successful implementation and post-deployment support for our products and services. The deployment support manager will be responsible for overseeing the deployment process, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience


Required:

Bachelors Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Management Information or related field; or equivalent background and experience U.S. Citizenship Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation Proven experience in deployment management or a similar technical role, with at least 5 years of experience Solid understanding of deployment processes, tools, and best practices High competency use of MS Office applications including Jira, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other modern project management process tools Demonstrated large, cross-functional program design and deployment experience Preferred: Preferred Large, complex Department of Defense cross-functional program/project deployment launches Background/experience/assignment working Veterans Administration and/or Military Health System Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Veteran or military family member

Key Responsibilities


Manage and lead a team of deployment support analysts to ensure timely and successful deployment of products or services. Develop and implement deployment strategies, plans, and procedures to meet project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, QA, and vendors, to ensure seamless deployment processes. Identify and Execute Hot Shot Tiger Team Initiatives. Monitor and report deployment metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Track progress on all ongoing projects (issues, risks, schedule, changes, costs, and scope); provide updates to supervisors, executives and stakeholders as required. Conduct post-deployment reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Working Conditions


Working Conditions:

Must be able to work after normal business hours and weekends as necessary to deliver projects on time Must be flexible and able to adapt to change Must be available to travel approximately 15% of the time Works within a hybrid office and remote home environment Extensive desk-side work, meetings, prolonged sitting Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii and Washington State residents: Approx. $140,000 depending on experience
