Our Opportunity:

The HR Direct group is seeking a Specialist who can demonstrate energy, empathy, and problem-solving skills while delivering unparalleled value and outstanding service to our internal clients. Responsibilities include providing concierge-style service; act as HR Direct liaison for HR partners such as HR Solution teams; mentor and train HR Direct Associates. This is an individual contributor role reports to Team Manager, HR Direct.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as liaison and primary point-of-contact for HR partner groups such as HR Solutions. Work with your manager and HR Solutions to help coordinate HR Direct duties.

  • Provide SME support for HR Direct team by mentoring new HR Direct Associates, creating and delivering training, and providing ongoing support.

  • Develop and review knowledge articles (e.g. predefined solutions) that can be leveraged for employee self-help and as HR Direct reference.

  • Create and deliver basic HR Direct reporting to provide status updates and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Will use a consultative approach with our clients regarding topics such as payroll, benefits, policies, procedures and company programs

  • Navigate high incoming phone volume to effectively communicate HR Policies/Programs and complex subjects to clients and business partners

  • Will use a variety of applications such as Workday, Help Engine, Authoria, eTimesheets to communicate, gather and track data

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate to HR Direct leadership

  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, responsiveness and ownership of work to build trust with clients and colleagues

What you have:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of client service experience

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills including Word and Excel and ability to navigate through multiple applications at one time.

  • Passion for service, strong client focus and desire to build relationships during each interaction

  • Flexibility and ability to learn new programs and policies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven problem solving, organizational and analytical skills

  • Strong ability to work as a team or independently on special projects.

  • HR experience related to practices, policies and procedures preferred
