Our Opportunity:

Coordinates departmental or cross functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing processes. Plans, develops and monitors project schedules from initiation through delivery. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of project tasks according to schedule and within budget constraints. Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical reports based on business data and to support program governance. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage 1-3 small to mid-sized projects in support of Identity and Access Management Program, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Manage business and technical deliverables to the project budget and timeline throughout the various project phases

  • Develop and document project plans and schedules

  • Act as requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities

  • Identify and communicate recommended/required security controls

  • Document and monitor the implementation of controls for technology and business project plans

  • Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams

  • Coordinate development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors

  • Promote the Identity and Access Management policy awareness

  • Develop dashboard reporting and presentations

What you have:

  • 2 or more years business analyst or project management experience, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environment

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • Up-to-date knowledge of technological trends and developments in the area of information security and risk management

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Project, Excel, Access, MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) tool along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MSOffice applications is also required

In addition, ideal candidates will also have the following desired qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree

  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management components (facilities, equipment, people, etc.)

  • Relevant information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA or CISM) preferred

  • Background experience in financial services industry
