Advisor Services (AS) is the leading provider of custodial, trading, technology and practice management to Registered Independent Advisory (RIA) firms. We provide access to sophisticated wealth-management services that help advisors attract and retain affluent clients, as well as profitably grow, compete and succeed in their business efforts.

What you’ll do:

AS Strategy Integration we support Advisor Custody & Trading (ACT). The AS Group is responsible for client service delivery, trading and operational risk functions. We engage closely with AS Leadership and key business partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the ACT vision that “every experience is consultative, personalized, and seamlessly executed”.

The Strategic Integration Project Manager role is an individual contributor level position and will:

  • Initial focus will be to support in the development and execution of plans that optimize the AS Real Estate and seating footprint as ACT grows and evolves, including facility planning at an all AS level.

  • Additional focus will be on seamlessly transitioning the ACT client experience into new geographic locations, segments, and teams.

  • Partner with ACT Service Leadership, providing context and actionable project plans enabling timely execution of priority initiatives taking place within broader vision in Advisor Custody & Trading (ACT).

  • Collaborate closely with internal business partners to address each project’s implementation needs around staffing, training, technology updates, facility plans, internal/external communications, plus any other miscellaneous requirements.

  • Responsible for all aspects of projects and provides a single point of contact for portions of those projects while pivoting to collaborate across a high performing multi-skilled primary team.

  • Take projects from original concept through completion as defined by integration of all aspects into the day to day application of the ACT Service Professional.

  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

  • Conduct project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysis.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

  • Understand of both the needs of RIA firms and how AS serves those needs to optimize the client experience in the midst of change.

  • The specific requirements of the integration project manager may vary some depending on the initiative.

  • A can-do’ client first approach to business

  • Project Management lead with a strong desire to help enable application of the change.

  • Understanding of Six Sigma or other professional technical designation/certificates a plus.

  • Focus on cutting edge financial services especially with support of an independent advisor lens is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrate comfort with interpretation of quantitative analytics in addition to qualitative measures in a multi-channel contact center environment.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with ability to easily adapt role and responsibilities to meet changing business priorities.

  • Comfort with ambiguity.

  • Prior experience and understanding on how to navigate organizational change management successfully.

  • Strong collaborative and partnering capabilities; ability to direct and facilitate discussions to influence outcomes and build consensus across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent time management and work prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

  • Passionate about being “hands on” to help facilitate service teams’ assimilation of positive change(s) executing concurrently.

  • Strong consultative, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including the ability to develop recommendations, influence partners and present updates.

  • Strong business analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

  • Can identify gaps or flaws in a current business process and work across a matrixes organization to drive changes and gain cross-team sponsorship.

  • Strong technical expertise including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite Power Point, Word, Excel, Project, Visio and Outlook.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to effectively assess the impact of specific proposals and operate at tactical levels.

  • Developmental goal of broader strategic skill growth aspiration is desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; post-graduate and/or certification a plus

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in successfully leading transformational projects.
