Job Description

We are looking to hire a Technical/Content writer for our client. This role asks that a candidate be hybrid in north Phoenix, 3 days a week onsite.

This position has 2 main responsibilities:

 1. Polishing up technical documentation - Lots of Enterprise/Solutions Architects and Technical Leads are currently writing technical documentation but it's not easy to understand, since everyone has their own way of documenting. Also, sometimes technical people assume everyone has a certain level of technical knowledge and would understand their documentation, and that's not always the case. We need someone who can clean up this documentation to ensure that everyone in the company can not only read, but digest, the technical documentation coming out of this team.

 2. Abstract strategy documentation - We want a contractor who has an ability to understand abstract technical concepts, not at an in-depth level, but be able to join in on the conversations to help the Enterprise Architects to write enterprise strategy.

  a. Can sit in these discussion and can document the overall strategy

  b. This wouldn't require an in depth technical knowledge

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of experience in technical writing

-A background in IT before writing - development, system administration, cloud, etc.

-Local to Arizona null
