Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a Fraternal benefits society business located in Downtown Pittsburgh, Pa. This is a temporary to hire position. Please Apply Now!

Job Duties:

Answering the phones

Answer questions about annuities and the process of buying annuities

Filing paper documents

Using Microsoft Word and Excel

They will train on custom software program

Requirements:

3+ years of administrative assistant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Prefer a candidate that has worked in an insurance office or financial services office.

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday through Friday

Pay rate $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience
