JPMorgan Chase Product Owner - Content Management System in Plano, Texas

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a CMS Area Product Owner. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development and evolution of our Content Management System (CMS) platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business and customers.

As a CMS Area Product Owner within our Commercial Banking team, you will oversee the product backlog, define requirements, and prioritize features to improve our CMS platform. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as developers, content creators, designers, and stakeholders. Your goal is to deliver top-notch CMS solutions that align with both business objectives and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Own the CMS product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and maintenance, based on business goals and customer needs.

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the CMS roadmap, aligning feature delivery with strategic business objectives and market trends.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams, content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of CMS projects and initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for CMS-related inquiries, providing regular updates and managing expectations with stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of CMS deliverables by participating in testing activities, providing feedback to development teams, and validating that user stories meet acceptance criteria.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the CMS platform, driving innovation and efficiency through process improvements and technology advancements.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CMS features, functionality, and processes to support ongoing development and training efforts.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), with a strong understanding of CMS concepts, architecture, and best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments as a Product Owner or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.

  • Knowledge of popular CMS platform Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
