The Role:

The Global Authentication team oversees the internal corporate identity service for over 150,000 user accounts at SAP. We manage the end-to-end delivery of authentication services, including cloud-native authentication like SAML and OpenID Connect, and Enterprise Applications administration and support.

SAP is looking to enhance the cloud application adoption and authentication team in the EMEA region. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced professional to define, manage and support the lifecycle process of Microsoft Entra Enterprise Applications and App Registrations. The goal is to establish an end-to-end process, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.

As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and professionals across three different time zones.

What youll do

  • Develop, implement, and establish a process for the lifecycle management of Microsoft Entra Enterprise Applications, including defining procedures for monitoring critical events.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for onboarding enterprise applications, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to security policies.

  • Create tools to facilitate the collection of information and maintain technical documentation.

  • Communicate with stakeholders and collaborate to define suitable solutions.

Required:

  • Working experience in Microsoft Entra ID.

  • Working experience in Powershell and Graph API.

  • Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of Microsoft Enterprise Apps and App registrations.

  • 3 years of experience with SSO integration of on-prem or Cloud applications and other Identity Systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills communicating with others, problem solving and decision making.

  • Positive attitude, sociable, a team player who is service oriented.

  • Ability to work without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities.

  • Excellent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing Microsoft Cloud Applications using SAML, OpenID Connect.

  • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate administration.

  • Experience in writing technical documentation.

  • Familiarity with JSON, XML.

  • Information security knowledge and/or experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, M365 Defender (Security and Compliance).
