Philips Project Manager - LCM (Electronics) in Pune, India

Job title:

Project Manager- LCM

Your role:

  • Project Management/Life Cycle Management of CT/AMI products with agreed scope/budget/schedule with high quality deliverables.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring timely & high-quality deliveries.

  • SCRUM master and create environment for sustainable, motivated, and high performance, self-managed teams.

  • Manage the multi-disciplinary cross functional team (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory,) to realize the agreed goal of the Project(s).

  • Prepare, plan, track and coordinate cross functional teams located across geographies and manage project deliverable.

  • Manage risks in the project(s).

  • Accountable for overall delivery of project in line with QMS and PDLM/MLD process as per the agreed multi-site Quality Agreement.

  • Manage the internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Managing and Reporting of key KPIs to senior management

  • Coaching and Supporting team members

You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)

  • B.E/B.Tech (Electronics with 8+ years’ relevant experience, including>5 years Project Management.

  • Several years of hands-on experience in leading medical devices / products development / maintenance.

  • Software project management experience preferred.

  • Knowledge and understanding of IEC62304.

  • Excellent communication skills and handling of stakeholders

  • Strong technical background in R&D engineering disciplines (e.g. electronics, software, mechatronics).

  • Excellent integral (cross functional) stakeholder/perception management skills.

  • Good multidisciplinary (R&D) stakeholder/perception management skills

  • Working with Project teams & Cross functional stake holders to achieve business objectives.

  • Strong leadership competencies

  • Good people management skills
