GE Healthcare Principal SaaS Subscription Life Cycle Management Lead in Remote, Virginia

Job Description Summary

You will be the senior process expert for the subscription lifecycle management domain as part of the wing-to-wing SaaS process flow team with a focus on analyzing, standardizing and digitizing processes as applicable across the various business units in the company in support of the SaaS Digital Transformation. You will partner with teams in the business units, regions and functions including IT to drive this transformation. This role requires deep process knowledge in SaaS/Subscription process flows in healthcare/industrial domains, ability to drive process standardization, customer experience focus, executive presentation and communication skills, influence senior leadership, lead direct and indirect teams, strategic thinking and conflict management abilities to drive significant changes in processes, technology, and culture.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams in business units, regions and functions to create and implement a cohesive subscription management lifecycle roadmap across current and future digital products.

  • Lead the business process engagements, alignments and standardization. Create strategic documents, roadmaps, and plans, in alignment with the organization's overall business goals and priorities.

  • In partnership with the SaaS Product and Engineering leader - Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations. Create appropriate change management and communication plans and lead the execution on the same.

  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business stakeholders, center of excellence, extended IT teams to influence, resolve conflict, problem solve, secure buy-in, alignment, and support for the transformation projects in your space

  • Manage the portfolio of projects and initiatives that make up the program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, resource optimization, and risk management.

  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the transformation program and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of the program, and regularly report on program performance to stakeholders with transparency, integrity & per expectations.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from stakeholders, analyzing lessons learned, and incorporating best practices into future iterations of the transformation program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in business administration, engineering or a related field with minimum 10 years of experience.

  • Proven experience in leading and implementing large scale SaaS transformation initiatives in healthcare/Industrial domains.

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation efforts, driving process harmonization, leading direct and Indirect teams, influencing senior leadership and executive communication with a track record of successful SaaS and digital transformation.

Desired Characteristics

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • MBA Preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and drive alignment among diverse groups of stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques, with experience in assessing organizational readiness, managing resistance, and facilitating cultural change.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Excellent in stakeholder and change management.

  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
