Description This position provides customer service-focused care by greeting and assisting our patients and is responsible for patient registration, collection of payments and co-pays, obtaining and scanning documents from patients and referring providers, providing patient directions, and providing a welcoming atmosphere to the patients of Pacific Medical Centers.
