Senior Solution Architect

Location: Remote, Italy

Position: Full- time

The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support and expand our CXM (Customer Experience Management) portfolio. You will mostly be focused on the IDA (Impress) product family to cover local context and communications, while being backed by an IDA oriented colleague. You will join a close team in which you’ll be given autonomy and have the opportunity to influence every solution implemented with clients and partners.

  • Your focus will be on delivering Quadient’s CXM solutions for both on premise and SaaS offerings, being responsible for the design and development of software solutions and working closely with the sales team, to identify external clients’ needs and business requirements.

  • You’ll translate such specifications into possible technological solutions, outlining project objectives, technical requirements, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates.

  • You will work in conjunction with the client and the development team to arrive at the recommended solution and you’ll provide direct support in meetings and presentations; presenting recommended solutions to client for validation and improvements, whilst always keeping abreast of technological developments and applications to initiate enhanced solutions.

The Team

The regional team of Central Europe (DACHIT) has four CXM solution architects to cover Inspire solutions, next to them we have another three Presales colleagues to look after IDA solution lines. In total we speak of a team of eight presales colleagues, including the leader of the team.

In a wider scope we belong to a larger region, with a next-door presales team of four people covering RoE (Nordics, Eastern and Southern Europe, Middle-East and Africa).

The team spirit is about collaboration, sharing of knowledge, and everyone is fostered not to be afraid to ask. No one can know everything, so you can rely on your peers to help you out using their special skills – be it technical, business, creative or communications.

Your skills and experience

  • You have a strong background in providing solutions consulting in the software industry, including proven experience in working for a SaaS or software vendor company in solution consulting or pre-sales.

  • You’re able to demonstrate a strong commercial background, you’re able to mix your strong business acumen with a good understanding of technology and software architecture.

  • You’ve got proven experience presenting and consulting for SaaS products or software solutions to C-Level executives, and you can demonstrate your experience of working on enterprise level projects with Systems Integrators

  • You enjoy communicating with pre-sales and sales regarding opportunities, and you also enjoy consulting with, and presenting to clients and global systems integrators.

  • You would describe yourself as autonomous and proactive, open minded, creative, technically minded, commercially focused, and you enjoy working as part of a close team.

  • You are fluent in both verbal and written English.
