ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with Integrated project team to develop schedules. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to command media across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the project/program performance impacting one or more site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Create and maintain the project/service schedule in the scheduling tool (MS Project, P6, PMIS) using WBS strategy.

•Create and maintain project/service resource requirements in the scheduling tool.

•Work with Service supervisors and PMs to create Master demand planning.

•Present plan to supervisors regarding resource requirements.

•Perform Monthly Schedule Analytics.

•Measure and monitor monthly the program's progress.

•Apply Critical Path Methodology

•Support and Analyze project risk management/change management.

•Analyze cost and schedule variance versus baseline and identify root cause and recommend corrective actions.

•Maintain schedule and track milestones.

•Prepare and publish metrics and financial reports.

•Analyze project performance through cost and schedule integration.

•Support Project Forecasting, Project Reviews, Monthly Progress Reporting to Internal/External Customers.

•Apply EVM (Earned Value Management) techniques to Project/Program, S Curves.

•Ensure effective communication and partner with the Project Team (internal/external) to build relationships.

•Monitor and Report Compliance as per command media requirements.

•Lead or support internal improvement processes.

•Coach and mentor Project Analysts with less Experience to improve their scheduling skills and capabilities.

Travel is up to 20%

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $83,200 - $125,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. You Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years’ experience as a Program Scheduler

• 2+ years' experience in scheduling for construction projects

• SME (Subject Matter Expert) in MS Project, P6 or PMIS scheduling

• Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management

We Value:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields

• Experience with external customer interfacing

• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience

• User experience of ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsiga)

• Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.

• Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management

• Project Management certification or Project Schedule Professional (PMI-SP)
