Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and implementation of the company's Change Management framework. Provides tactical leadership to coordinate and execute the annual Change Management Policy refresh while partnering with stakeholder groups to help define the strategic roadmap for Change Management, including embedding enterprise risk assessment activities. Provides effective challenge of Enterprise Change Management activities and supports risk assessment of new initiatives.
Responsibilities
Facilitates communication and builds effective working relationships with key business stakeholders and risk owners.
Supports continuous improvement of change management processes with specific focus on embedding risk assessment activities and aligning to key ERM programs and principles
Challenges alignment of change activities with strategic imperatives and competitive positioning
Develops aggregate Change Management reporting for ERM stakeholders to support visibility into changes, recommending escalation to governance forums as appropriate
Supports Strategic Risk risk assessment for new initiatives and other large changes
Provides effective challenge on results of risk assessment for new initiatives and other large changes
Assists senior management on ad hoc analysis and reporting
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Management, Change Management, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Management, Change Management, or related field
Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Management, Change Management, or related field
2+ years in strategic risk or business strategy role

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
