Robert Half is partnering with a Quad Cities based client in their search for a Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will maintain and create tools the Software Development team while engaging in the daily operational activities of the IT Department. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting application security and their underlying platforms, managing application configurations, and attending to platform related help desk tickets. The role involves configuring and maintaining application monitoring software and contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency by providing insightful feedback.

Key Functions:

• Support and maintain application release pipelines

• Support and maintain developer third-party tools and integrations

• Monitor platform system health and provide recommendations

• Identify recurring issues and collaborate for permanent solutions

• Assist with the upkeep of software documentation library

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

• Able to adhere to established processes and procedures

• Experience with Azure, Dynamics365, Power Platform, Windows Server, and Azure DevOps
