Our client is looking for a Bridging Services Manager. This is a fully remote role working EST hours.

• You will be responsible for managing a deliverable portfolio. This will be across multiple data bridging products.
• Work with partners to resolve problems.
• Proposal review to ensure scope is deliverable
• Client facing role
• Work with stakeholders in commercial, operations, and product
• Ensure service delivery against SLAs

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in the Pharma/ Life Sciences industry
• Understanding of pharmacy benefit managers and manufacturers, insurance payers, and how manufacturers use data assets to solve business needs.
• Familiarity with Data Bridging
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
