We offer a competitive benefits package that includes - Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability Coverage 401k plan that comes with a company match Wellness program that rewards you practicing a healthy lifestyle Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program and Discount Program to some of your favorite retailers Responsibilities -Performs audits to ensure quality and compliance standards are consistently met. - Assists in meeting regulatory and statutory requirements by providing standardized and customized statistical data. -Responsible for trending, researching, analyzing and maintaining data bases for quality and compliance initiatives. -Provide project support to the clinical governance council and Quality committees. -Assists and supports the implementation of practice wide clinical quality initiatives and or PQE initiatives. -Customer service complaints, tracking. -Assists in policy editing and revisions Maintain and monitor Practice Quality initiatives to include: - Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) - Merit based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) -Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) -Value based care payer programs Internal Program(s): - Innovative programs with quality performance and measurement requirements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Nursing or related healthcare, business, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in quality assurance, statistical analysis, or heathercare management. Proficiency with computer systems and MicroSoft Office Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel required. * Establish and lead a Practice Quality Task-force teaming with a Physician Champion to assure alignment and action on goals, changes, performance, teams, and time-lines. * Ability to analyze data, identify deficiencies, and generate an action plan to resolve those deficiencies. * Participation in MSH led forum calls for Quality Programs & share key points with practice leadership and care teams * Generate and archive documentation required for audit purposes for Quality Programs. * Assure completion of all required data submission and documentation of participation in Quality Programs (i.e., attestation and data submission for MIPS, quality reporting for QOPI). * Assure all program time-lines and deadlines are met across multiple programs targeted at alignment, oversight, & planning. * Work in an office setting and have experience in MS office Suite.
