As a Business Continuity Manager,you'll play a pivotal role in fortifying business resilience by executing key business continuity lifecycle steps,including Business Impact Analysis (BIA),Business Continuity planning,testing,and validation. *Responsibilities: *

  Support the implementation of business continuity program strategy,methodology,and objectives through successful execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA),Business Continuity planning,testing,and validation.

  Design,implement,and continuously improve comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure all critical functions and processes are accounted for.

  Organize and execute regular testing and validation of business continuity plans to verify their effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

  Collaborate closely with various departments,including IT,Risk,Finance,Operations,and Compliance,to ensure alignment and seamless integration of business continuity plans.

  Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management & Business Continuity,Business Administration,Risk Management,or a related field.

  An advanced degree or professional certification in Business Continuity Management is preferred but not required.

  6+ years of experience in business continuity planning,emergency and incident planning and analysis,concepts,and methodology.

  Proven experience as a Business Continuity Manager in the financial services industry,with a track record of successfully implementing and managing continuity plans.

  Strong leadership skills,with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies,crisis management protocols,and regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector.

Pay:

$80.00 Per Hour

Schedule:

100% Remote | Day Shift | Monday Friday | 8:00am 5:00pm
