Aerotek Quality Inspector in San Diego, California

Quality inspector

Description:

  • Inspectors of Zirconia finished product.

  • Taking a cart that has a bunch of zirconia discs, go to a computer, check to see the work instructions.

  • Literally open up a 4 x4x1 inch box, take out what’s inside (confirm ifu, id card, and lot information) to ensure they are right ones

  • Take the disc out of the box wearing gloves, look at disc, ensure information is accurate with label on the outside ** there’s about 10 things on a label

  • Inspect the top code and see if its correct

  • Visually look at the disc for chips, contamination, issues etc.

  • Then place back in box, seal it and confirm it’s good to go

  • Do this over and over again. 5-19 boxes daily that will need signatures showing they performed the inspection with date

  • Then put box of 19 units into a cart and do it all over again until you inspect around 200-300 boxes in a shift

  • Takes a total of 2 minutes to do 1 unit
