ManpowerGroup Executive IT Support Specialist in San Francisco, California

Our client in San Francisco is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day support to the Executive Staff and Floor employees of the company. This position will require a candidate that will be the technical expert on all areas of end user system support.

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Location: 5 days Onsite in San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: Flexible for the right candidate

What’s Needed?

  • 7+ years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment

  • 7+ years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations and laptops

  • Strong understanding of virtual desktops using vSphere, Horizon Client.

  • Support of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads.

  • Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Management.
