Robert Half HR Coordinator in San Francisco, California

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team. The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in various administrative and coordination tasks, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and passionate about contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with training logistics.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

  • Provide administrative support to HR managers and assist with special projects as needed.

  • Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating employee recognition programs.

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  • Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably as an HR assistant or coordinator.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.
