Capgemini Mobile Program Manager in San Francisco, California

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager local to Bellevue, WA, to lead transformational programs within the Telecoms industry to plan and execute on digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage financials and contract requirements, be the main point of contact for our customer on this project portfolio.

  2. Coordinate all project team members across multiple workstreams – accountable for timely deliveries, on quality, within scope and budget.

  3. Ensure resource availability and allocation

  4. Develop a detailed project plan and monitor/control project execution. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule and costs changes

  5. Develops, Designs and Establishes reporting standards

  6. Develops communication Plan for the Project

  7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  8. Perform risk management to minimize the impact of project risks

  9. Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  10. Understand the business strategy and functional scope and be able to optimize the way of working

  11. Familiar with PPM commercial tools as Confluence, JIRA, MS Project, Sharepoint.

  12. Used to work in global projects with team based in different time zones.

Required Skills

  • 15 years of Project Management experience setting up VRO and driving governance

  • Experience with front-end development projects, especially mobile app development (iOS and Android), and web development.

  • PMP certification

  • 10 years of sophisticated and large program/project management experience is required along with handling annual budgets up to $20 million

  • Telco Industry experience a must;

  • Excellent client-facing and internal interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;

  • Strong experience in leading international teams

  • Strong leadership, negotiating, and influencing skills
