The KellyOCG CPG Ads team is looking for an operator who is both customer and detail obsessed to join our CPG Ads team to help build our universal product catalog for our CPG partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Execute:

• You will manage systems and process frameworks to improve coverage and accuracy of the universal catalog.

• You’ll partner with internal stakeholders in executing a best-in-class catalog strategy which helps customers shop from their favorite merchants through the platform.

• Build:

• You will help maintain a high quality product catalog with perfect information (i.e. pictures, description, name, taxonomy), high quality scores and operational checks and controls.

• Collaborate:

• You will partner with the Ads and Catalog teams to prioritize work that unlocks advertising opportunities, supports CPG brand relationships, and expands the catalog.

• You will serve as a resource and subject matter expert to the sales teams, ensuring they have the right playbooks and SLAs to support their partners.

• Learn:

• You will learn about our product and in-store operations, product roadmaps, as well as our current and future capabilities.

• Armed with this knowledge, you have the opportunity to influence our go to market strategy.

Required Skills:

• You have 2-3 years of experience of managing high quality processes, with excellent attention to detail. Ideally you also have experiences in building processes for scale, creating quality assurance practices, and instilling those in other teams

• You have Excel and/or SQL experience

• You are strategic and effective communicator- your plans clearly meet expected business goals and are easy for others to follow

• You are capable of restructuring goals and the processes to meet them if business needs change at short notice

• You don’t hesitate to get in the weeds and operate at the lowest level of detail, but you’re just as comfortable thinking long-term.

• You act with urgency.

• Speed excites you.

• You are a self-starter.

• You have a bias for action and excel in a fast-paced, evolving business
