*JOB DUTIES: []{#_Hlk126843915}Working as the Senior Product Manager for the Disney Walt Company account responsible for the creation of a global unified platform to consolidate 5 disparate applications supporting Title Creation, Registration, Metadata Management, Localization, Version Registration, Aggregation and Dissemination to support Disneys Title Metadata Supply Chain covering Disney+, Hulu, HotStar, 21st Century Fox and NatGeo content. Responsible for handling the existing four applications (Title registration, EIDR registration, Title Metadata Localization and Title metadata aggregation) which are key to the current state Disney Title Metadata Supply chain. Responsible for strategizing, planning, and building a Unified Title Registration module which acts as a centralized system of records for title registration requests. Responsible for standardizing this workflow across USA, EMEA, APAC, ANZ and LATAM. Deprecate the existing spreadsheets/Air-Tables/emails manual workflow and automate the entire process via systematic integrations and notifications. Serve as the center of title registration and title metadata aggregation, act as the decision maker and impact analyzer when new features/enhancements are implemented upstream across the supply chain. Responsible for the successful Change Management deployment for the deprecation of a global title management and digital supply chain system, involving 80+ integrated systems and 50+ business groups. Help strategizing the deprecation of existing title creation, registration, aggregation and dissemination systems in a way that it doesnt impact current workflows and business processes and smoothly transitions to the new unified workflow. Regularly address the metadata localization issues/concerns faced by stakeholders and vendors from EMEA, APAC, SEA, CIS and LATAM regions. Implement multiple system integrations using APIs as well as Kafka messaging services to disseminate title data to downstream system as well as to consume data from upstream sources. Acting as the bridge between Stakeholders, Product Owners and Technical teams by addressing grievances, their solutions and documenting the deployment roadmaps. Help drive business decisions and processes by conducting brainstorming sessions, interviews and working group sessions with stakeholders and SMEs, observing existing process flows, analyzing their pain points and identifying opportunities for improvements. Capture end to end process flow documents, mock-ups, system integration diagram, controlled vocabulary mappings and user guides using Confluence, Lucidchart, VISIO, Photoshop and Google Docs to drive balanced solutions. May sporadically work at the client's site in Burbank CA (Same County). *REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline (or U.S. equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Product Manager working for multiple/major entertainment/media houses responsible for diverse applications using Scrum methodology for software development. Must have experience understanding strategic planning, business processes, issue resolution and risk management, as well as developing and implementing complex technology solutions and system integrations (Rest API integrations, GraphQL integrations, Kafka Topic subscriptions), business process improvement, business analysis, product management and requirements gathering. Experience must include creating a global unified platform and in-house applications to support/handle Participations and Residuals, SAP processes, Title Management and EIDR management and Localization. Must have experience applying Waterfall/Agile/Blended methodologies and utilizing Jira, Confluence, LucidChart, Visio, MySql, TablePlus, Postman, and Visual Studio Code.
