Nvidia Change Management Lead in Santa Clara, California

We are looking for lead to join our team and help us drive and deliver successful process and organizational changes in our Operations organization. You will be responsible for coordinating the planning, implementation, and evaluation of change initiatives that support our strategic goals, vision, and values. You will also work closely with senior leaders, project managers, and collaborators to ensure that the changes are effectively communicated, trained, and engaged with the employees who are affected by them.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct change impact assessments and analysis to identify the needs, risks, and opportunities of key initiatives.

  • Develop plans and implement strategies that address the people, process, and technology aspects upcoming changes.

  • Create and deliver clear and consistent messages and materials that communicate the vision, benefits, and expectations.

  • Design and facilitate training and coaching programs that equip the employees with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to adapt to changes.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of initiatives and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and team members, and act as a trusted advisor and change champion.

What We Need to See:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience in business administration, organizational development, psychology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Demonstrated ability in leading and handling complex change initiatives in a large and diverse organization.

  • Superb communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, able to tailor the messages and styles to different audiences and situations.

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing abilities to inspire and motivate others to accept and support the upcoming changes.

  • High emotional intelligence, compassion, and resilience, with the ability to handle complexity and uncertainty.

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, use data and feedback to evaluate and improve the change initiatives

  • A passion for continuous learning and improvement, and a willingness to adapt and innovate

The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 161,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
