Business Systems Analyst (NJ) Category: Life Science Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-372442 Business Systems Analyst needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific's client located in Summit, NJ. This position is for a major pharmaceutical company, and this position is a suitable for someone with a BA or BS degree, with 8-10 years of business system analysis and process management experience. Schedule: Hybrid role, 50% on-site required. Responsibilities Support in cross-site/cross functional project teams to ensure cross-site material transfers are executed smoothly (includes both process & systematic transactions). Serve as primary point of contact for process & systematic troubleshooting/root cause analysis when issues arise, during cross-site material transfer process. Identify, maintain, and manage master data needs/gaps to ensure a smooth cross-site material transfer process. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for cross-site material transfer operational processes, providing guidance and support as needed. Facilitate and drive process improvement efforts, including process mapping and optimization. Support monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the end-to-end process, anticipating and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with other teams, including IT and PMO, to ensure smooth execution of cross-site material transfers, both systematically and procedurally. Review and revise documentation content, such as changes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support the Director in achieving productivity and financial goals through effective cross-functional teamwork. Provide support to stakeholders and team members based in different regions and time zones. Maintain a hybrid work arrangement, spending 50% of time on-site and 50% in a virtual setting. Skills or Requirements BA or BS degree; preferably in IT Systems or related field, and/or equivalent experience desired. 8-10 years of business system analysis experience. 5-8 years of project management experience. 8-10 years of process management experience. 8-10 years of extensive stakeholder management and organizational change management experience. Proficiency in SAP and experience troubleshooting system issues. Heightened situational awareness and emotional intelligence. Opportunity is Calling, Apply Now!
