ABOUT THIS ROLE As the Implementations Coordinator for One Team Improvement initiative at Plymouth Housing, you will actively contribute to the organization's mission by playing a crucial role in supporting Change Management and Process Improvement initiatives. Your focus will be on addressing the multifaceted challenges within our resident community. Your duties will include coordinating, implementing, and evaluating projects aimed at improving services for Plymouth's Permanent Supportive Housing initiative. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as priorities may shift. In this role, you will serve as an essential contributor to cultivating an equitable and inclusive organizational culture while promoting a positive employee experience. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT PLYMOUTH HOUSING You will contribute significantly to policy and procedure development with an analytical mindset. You will create policy and procedure documentation based on outcomes from strategy sessions and establish and maintain a well-organized library function for efficient documentation management. You will act as the coordinator for project activities, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient and timely execution. You will collaborate effectively with team members, community partners, and stakeholders to facilitate project communication and ensure alignment. You will facilitate large group virtual meetings and manage the logistics of specific items such as break out sessions and navigating multiple channels for feedback. You will maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and action items. You will generate regular reports on project status, outcomes, and impact of the One Team Improvement initiative. You will create and maintain a visually appealing and easily accessible Documentation Library. You will assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions to support Plymouth staff and residents. You will support the implementation of programs aimed at community empowerment through education and skill-building initiatives.
