The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. You will be surrounded by people that are wickedly smart, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world class support is critical to customer success. • Learn and use groundbreaking technologies

• Respond to customer’s technical inquiries via phone, chat and email

• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree achieved or expecting graduation in 2024

• Flexibility to working weekend shifts as part of a five-day-week offset (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)

• Applicants must have valid work authorization in Korea

• Applicants must not have restriction of traveling abroad

• 컴퓨터, 소프트웨어, 전기, 기계 등 관련 공학 전공자

• IT 기술 중 하나 이상에 대한 기본 지식 — 컴퓨팅/네트워킹/데이터베이스/보안/빅 데이터 및 분석/DevOps/프로그래밍

• 신기술에 대한 열정

• 소프트웨어 개발 또는 인터넷 업계에서 일한 경험

• OS부터 맞춤형 애플리케이션까지 전체 애플리케이션 스택을 관리한 경험

• 시스템 관리 (Linux/Window), 네트워크 관리 (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, 로드 밸런싱) 또는 프로그래밍 (Java, Perl, Ruby, C# 및/또는 PHP) 에 대한 숙련도 입증
