Job Description:

The candidate needs to have the experience of semiconductor back end process and relevant materials. Needs to work in the customer production line to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Work with customer, sales and marketing personnel to develop and replicate high impact applications for backend solution.

• Identify the best 3M solution for an application by thoroughly understanding the customer need, testing and analyzing results. Communicate results to customers through written reports and presentations.

• Provide launch support for new product programs by generating supporting documentation, demonstration tools, videos and training materials.

• Define and communicate product performance to customer specifications.

Qualification

State the qualifications required to successfully perform the job. These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Application Engineering or Technical Service

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with semiconductor back end process

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design, and analysis

• Demonstrated ability to work with customers globally

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and data analysis

• Cross functional effectiveness

• Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize and work on multiple tasks

• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skill

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and committed to delivering results
