Description

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware components.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Implement security measures to protect systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access.

• Collaborate with other IT staff to design and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in system administration.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux/Unix).

• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are a plus.
