HP Inc. Program Manager SC RENEW in Spring, Texas

Our Supply Chain PS Strategic Initiatives Team plays a major role in the development, expansion and enhancement of our Supply Chain Network Worldwide for PS Products. From strategy development, to process design, to project deployment and execution, our Program Managers manage E2E solutions for our HP Supply Chain.

This position is for a seasoned Program Manager who will be responsible in driving the Supply Chain arm of Renew , a 3 year initiative to deliver the Circularity Global Framework for HP. This PM will be leading a global project team, consisting of sub-teams from multiple countries/regions, and working very closely with our GBU and SC Executive Management to develop this new platform. This program/deliverable is critical in enabling HP to achieve its goal of becoming the world's most sustainable and just technology company.

Job Description

  • Overall Supply Chain Program Manager of Renew

  • Lead large scale, cross-functional, cross-regional project teams; demonstrate advanced Project Management skills

  • Translate goals and concepts into SC readiness plan and actions

  • Design/Develop new Supply Chain Operational Processes

  • Effectively drive VP/Dir Executive Level meetings/discussions on a daily/weekly basis

  • Engage with Business and CS Supply Chain to map end to end capabilities

  • Drive Investigation and Business Justification of new SC processes/capabilities

  • Ability to manage complex issues and multi-dimensional programs/activities

  • 'Out of Box' thinking; creative solution development to overcome major hurdles

  • Effective communication to sponsors and stakeholders on status

  • MOC coordination

  • Keep program aligned with other global initiatives (as Planet 10)

  • Future assignments in driving other SC initiatives

Education and Experience Required

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

  • Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function; understanding of E2E supply chain

  • 3+ years of large scale/cross-functional project management experience

  • Global experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

  • Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.

  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills; logical solution provider.

  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex modelling and financial analysis.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.

  • Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.

  • Mentoring and coaching skills
