Aerotek Quality Control Technician in St. Louis, Missouri

Assembly or quality department
Position Summary: This role includes testing products on the assembly line to ensure that they meet quality and engineering standards. Essential Job Duties: • Ability to verify correct specifications, certifications, and packing requirements have been met. • Record discrepancies and separate good from defective parts. • Assume responsibility that completed product has met all requirements. • Ability to implement SPC. • Proper identification on product. • Inspect for proper packaging. • Record data for trending analysis. • Report major failures as they happen. • Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs.
Desired Experience: • 6-9 months of experience in Quality Assurance. • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and experience in inspection a plus.
