This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and has the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.

In this position, you will:

  • Administer the assignments of Statewide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT) security roles and coordinate the annual security role conflict process assigned by MMB;

  • Analyze and resolve questions or problems encountered by system users relating to financial systems, including Resource Consumption Application (RCA) and Statewide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT);

  • Analyze and assist in the development of business processes and user / system documentation for financial processes across the department; and

  • Work with subject matter experts from across the department to determine best practices related to financial systems and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Three years of professional experience that demonstrates:

  • Experience with large complex computer systems and security, to include monitoring security access and granting security roles.

  • Experience researching and analyzing system functionality and business processes to propose business best practices.

  • Experience writing technical documents such as system procedures, processes, or business documentation for end users.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or information technology may substitute for one year of professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Statewide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT) financial system.
