A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Our goal is to build a Google that looks like the world around us — and we want Googlers to stay and grow when they join us. As part of our efforts to build a Google for everyone, we build diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company.

As a Program Manager at Google, you will enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery of multi-disciplinary learning and development engineering projects using your knowledge and expertise. You will use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus between teams and stakeholders as you usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.

At Corp Eng, we build world-leading business solutions that scale a more helpful Google for everyone. As Google’s IT organization, we provide end-to-end solutions for organizations across Google. In the simplest terms, we are Google for Googlers.

  • Drive a portfolio of technical projects end-to-end for third-party and/or first-party integration development.

  • Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-product areas to improve processes and tools. Manage risks and resolve issues across a dynamic, fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.

  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.

  • Participate in system implementation projects (e.g., requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
