In this role you will take the ownership to deliver and maintain the application architecture of the LaTAm platform to adequate architecture documentation on application, domain and enterprise scope as well as to support communication and implementation of architecture and technical standards in aligning with divisional architecture in Credit-Suisse. Your skills and experience We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced solution architect who meets the requirements below: · University degree in IT, Master preferable · A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in banking structure, preferably in a consulting or internal banking role, ideally in a global company · Strong knowledge of IT Architecture principles and methods · Proven technology acumen and experience to assess new industry trends best practices and technology solutions creating relevant and lasting impact. · Experience in requirements engineering, solution design as well as in application/system · Experience in monolitic application structure as well as in modern application platform as cloud computing, microservices and open shift (candidate must be very hands on) · Experience in DevSecOps culture and project management in Agile and Waterfall models. · Strong leadership skills and ability to drive product or business change from vision conception to implementation and full project life cycle management · At least 5 years of work experience as a Business Architect for projects with IT impact · Proficient in design modelling using UML as notation standard and market practice tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect Sparx Systems).
